Current Employment: Executive Vice President/Principal at Captive Resources, LLC

District 200 education: Son and daughter attended Johnson, Hubble and Wheaton Warrenville South High Schools. Andy attended school in District 200 also. Johnson elementary school is named after his father, Clifford Johnson, a fire department chief for many years.

Community & Service Experience:
– National Safety Council, Itasca – Vice Chairman, elected to the Board of Directors in 2012. Member, Board of Delegates 2007-2012.
– Board of Education member 1997-2013, Board President 2001-2010.
– Warrenville Park District Board of Commissioners (Elected Position), 1991-1997
– Warrenville Planning Commission (Appointed Position), 1988-1993

Responsible for management of safety/risk control efforts for over 2,000 companies across country and oversight of 200+ safety/health consultants. Manages loss prevention and claims management services provided to Captive Resources’ client companies. Also, is a Master trainer in the National Safety Council’s DDC program and instructor for the Insurance School of Chicago’s ARM (Associate in Risk Management) courses. Andy lives in Warrenville with his wife, Monica.
