Jim, and his wife, Susan, have lived in Wheaton for over 36 years.  All four of their children attended District 200 schools from kindergarten through high school.  Jim practiced law, with a focus on environmental law, for over 33 years. Jim currently serves as an elder in his church and formerly served as the chair of the board of a faith-based not-for-profit engaged in environmental advocacy.
