Year End Corned Beef Challenge

Manny's Cafeteria and Delicatessen has been a Chicago tradition for more than 50 years.
- Each gift donated by LGLJ, LLC contains:
- Two pounds of Manny's signature thinly sliced, pre-cooked corned beef
- A loaf of rye bread
- 8 hand-made 3-oz. potato pancakes
- Manny's special horseradish mustard
- 10" aluminum frying pan
- 20”X30" dish towel embroidered with the Langhenry, Gillen, Lundquist & Johnson, LLC logo
Terms and Conditions
Challenge runs from the time of initial post on December 26, 2020, and continues until midnight, December 31, 2020.
Eligible donations must meet or exceed $220.00.
Donations must be received online or postmarked by December 31, 2020.
Gifts will be awarded to the top 50 donors making a contribution above or beyond $220.00.
As a 501(c)3 charity, the Student Excellence Foundation will notify the winners with a letter officially acknowledging your gift.
Deduction limited to contribution in excess of reasonable market value of $120.
Top donors will be notified via email on January 4, 2021.
Email confirmation of acceptance of gift must be returned to the Student Excellence Foundation by January 7, 2021.
Gifts that remain unclaimed after January 7, 2021, will be offered to the next highest donor until all gifts are claimed, not to extend beyond January 19, 2021.
Top donors may designate a recipient other than themselves.
Delivery addresses must be inside the Continental United States.
Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
All gifts will be shipped by the vendor on January 26, 2021.
The Student Excellence Foundation and LGLJ, LLC are not responsible for delayed or misdirected deliveries.
For and in consideration of being permitted to participate in the Year-End Giving Challenge, all participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Year-End Giving Challenge including this hold harmless agreement. All participants agree, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to waive, release and forever discharge the Student Excellence Foundation and LGLJ LLC, including all officers, employees, and agents, from any and all known or unknown causes of action, claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of participation in the Year-End Giving Challenge. PARTICIPANTS FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A RELEASE OF ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN CLAIMS.
