Jim, and his wife, Susan, have lived in Wheaton for over 36 years.  All four of their children attended District 200 schools from kindergarten through high school.  Jim practiced law, focusing on environmental law, for over 33 years. Jim currently serves as an elder in his church and formerly served as the chair of the board of a faith-based not-for-profit engaged in environmental advocacy.
