Ken Knicker taught elementary and middle school in District 200 early in his career, before joining 3M Company for a 30-year career as a Sales Executive. Most of his experience was in sales training, both in the US as well as Brazil, Costa Rica, and Moscow. During this time, Ken served on the District 200 Board of Education for 14 years.

Ken is a lifelong DuPage County resident. He and his wife Linda have three adult children and five grandchildren, three of which currently attend District 200 schools. Linda is a retired District 200 Assistant Superintendent of Special Education.
