Shannon attended Eastern Michigan University and had an early career in Operations Management before staying home with her two daughters. She currently owns her own business in staging and color consulting. Shannon is married to her husband, Don, who is an attorney and works in Chicago. She lives in Wheaton with Don and her daughters.
