Jennifer Merck, of Wheaton, has 14 years of social work experience in Adult Protective Services. Early in her career, she was a caseworker, and then administered Illinois’ Elder Abuse Program for Suburban Cook County, providing support to investigators and caseworkers, as well as training for first responders and mandated reporters. Since 2004, Jennifer has served as Parish Administrator and Pastor for Children at All Souls Anglican Church in Wheaton, focusing especially on communication within the parish. Jennifer holds a BA in Sociology from Wheaton College. Both of her parents were teachers, and she is committed to the local improvement of public education. Jennifer has lived in Wheaton with her husband, Hal, since 1992. Jennifer served for 15 years on PTA & Booster Executive Committees at Hawthorne Elementary, Franklin Middle School, and Wheaton North High School.
